At LLG Events we understand the importance of hosting an elegant event for your top clients, employees, or for your C-level execs. Below are a few of our favorite corporate events broken down by season and how we can create a cool event design into any corporate experience during any time of year!

Summer

Starting off with some heat… We all know summer is a time to let loose and have some fun, so we made sure to capture that exact feeling. First off, our guests were encouraged to grab a “Dolce & Cabana” cocktail to start off the season of fun. This cocktail brought summer to your lips with a tang of tequila, lime, and watermelon with a tajin-dusted rim. Sip and enjoy your tasty cocktail under an umbrella while admiring the florals. Did you know bouncy houses aren’t just for kids? At least not at our party, a sleek white adult bouncy house sets the mood for fun in our summer season. Our guests bounced around until they worked up an appetite. Good thing we had food waiting for them. Thomas Pretti provided the perfect summertime dining, that’s right, barbeque. He didn’t stop there, our guests were presented a feast of options from pork butt buns, mini lobster rolls, broccoli salad, and everything in between. Save room for dessert, Dolce & Gelato Catering set up the most stylish gelato cart we’ve ever seen. The cart offered 6 decadent flavors of creamy Italian gelato, providing a sweet finish to summertime fun.

Fall

Moving onto the season of change. We selected everyone’s fall favs from Moscow Mules with a twist of cinnamon, apple cider doughnuts where each hors d'oeuvres were placed on candle-lit glass shelves easily accessible to grab a taste. Fall was a season of vegan delight (that not only our vegans enjoyed) serving heirloom carrot tartare and sweet potato flan. Guests were able to nibble and chat under the life-size trees which were changing colors throughout the party.

Winter

This icy blue season is everything cool and chic. Starting with cocktails served behind a (literal) frozen bar completely made up of ice. We incorporated two signature drinks, first being “The Fireside Cozy” with aged rum, brown sugar, chocolate bitters, and orange filled to the top of a cinnamon smoked glass. Secondly the frosty option of a classic absinthe suissesse foam cocktail. Partygoers were able to sip on these treats inside of an all-white igloo filled with plush couches topped by synthetic sparkly snow. It gets even cooler. A second ice bar chicly displayed seafood favorites. This was the time to enjoy a refreshing bite of flavorful sashimi or a slurp of Beau Soleil oysters on the half shell.

Spring

This season should feel like a movie, a fairytale flooded with soft colored florals and pink cherry blossom trees. We love to create Instagramable moments at any party, and this was definitely one of them. Spring was simply picture perfect, so ensuring our guests snapped the perfect shot was a must. We provided a self-timer camera pad where guests were encouraged to smile and pose with the vintage Italian truck that was decked out in flowers. Delectable bites of corn and mushroom tortellini were presented atop a mossy display covered by fresh mushrooms. An entire Martini & Rossi cart supplied Aperol Spritz for anyone who needed a fruity buzz. Our guests had a taste of the season with a “Spring-Thyme in London” cocktail with gin, lemon, honey, muddled strawberries, and a thyme sprig.

Dance Floor Fun

Time to mingle! The seasonal fun never ends, as guests are welcome to meet in the center of the dance floor for incredible entertainment. The vibe for any event does not just come from the décor but from the right combination of entertainment vendors who create the perfect show. From the right musicians, comedians, theatrical bartenders and more we are sure to bring the right music and entertainment that keeps the aesthetic and energy for an incredible party!

Leave room for Dessert

Surprise your guests with miniature pastries to taste including green tea and chocolate madeleines, cannoli’s, fresh fruit tartlets, and beyond. Once guests feed their sweet tooth, they can sip on a coffee, espresso, latte, and for those who love to indulge, an espresso martini. We love to spoil our clients and bring in chic vendors such as a lavish Elecktra Belle Époque coffee machine (only 70 in the world and the only one in the United States). Proceeding the snacks and drinks was a chic get-away lounge that exuded a speakeasy vibe. Guests relaxed while sipping and munching on the best of the best.
